Aspen Naryshkina Sayre

Aspen Naryshkina Sayre is an undergraduate student who began her studies at the University of Arizona as a Chemistry major but promptly switched to Chemical Engineering upon realizing the full scope of opportunities that this degree would offer her. Aspen is a first-generation college student and immigrant, originally born and raised in Moscow, Russia, until moving to the United States in 2017 with her family. She is bilingual and really enjoys hanging out with the other folks here on campus who speak Russian. Aspen is an active member of the Chemistry club and the Society of Women Engineers organization, and she is always eager for more ways that she can get involved and expand her network. Although Aspen is studying Chemical Engineering, she would like to direct her focus toward sustainable and environmentally friendly advancements in the field. In her free time, Aspen enjoys taking care of her health, trying new things, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
