While Catalina is finishing her Masters she is an Environmental Specialist at CalPortland Company, working to ensure environmental compliance and excellence at a variety of sites, ranging from laboratory to cement plants throughout California and Arizona. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the mountains around LA with my dog and making desserts to satisfy my sweet tooth.
