Hua Jiang has chemical engineering background with an MS in environmental engineering. During his MS studies his worked on modeling of membrane distillation and he was part of an interdisciplinary team that designed and build an off-grid solar membrane distillation and nanofiltration system in The Navajo Nation.
Hua is currently working on energetically efficient ammonia removal from wastewater using membranes.
