Kate Sophia Hartke

Kate is an Honors College student majoring in Environmental Engineering, with minors in Math and Chemistry. She is actively involved on campus through her work with THINK TANK, supporting student learning and academic success. Her current research focuses on applying machine learning to challenges in water reuse and desalination. Outside of her academic pursuits, Kate enjoys attending plays and musicals, exploring farmers markets, reading, and spending time with her friends and her cat.
